Yvonne is originally from the small town of Presidio, TX, where she spent most of her childhood. Although she has lived in numerous places, including Colorado and Iowa, West Texas has been her home since 2006. Yvonne could not help but fall in love with the pastel-painted sunsets, the welcoming community, and the unique local businesses that Midland-Odessa offers. 

Having relocated to Midland, TX for her family’s construction business, Rama Homes, she has been exposed to real estate for most of her life. Since middle school, she has been involved in all aspects of the industry, from drawing up floor plans, to interior design, to eventually becoming licensed to sell real estate.  

In her free time, Yvonne loves traveling, bike riding, cooking, gardening, swimming, singing, dancing, and spending quality time with her friends and family. She has two dogs, Bella and Riley, that she loves dearly!

Yvonne graduated from Texas Tech University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and received her second Bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 2018 from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Her love of architecture and interior design drove her to take some interior design courses during her time in undergraduate school, which eventually led to her joining her family business full time.  

Yvonne is an active member and co-chair of the Young Professionals Network as well as an active volunteer in several groups in the community including the Rainbow Room and Mission Agape. 

Yvonne obtained her Real Estate License and joined the Legacy Real Estate team in 2017. She is thrilled to have joined such a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable workplace. Her accolades include the Bronze Producer Award in 2018, 2021, 2022, the Silver Producer Award in 2024, the Permian Basin Real Producers Top 300 for 2023 & 2025 and she maintains her position in the Top 10% of all Midland Realtors. 

Yvonne’s goal is to make the home buying and selling process a fun and stress-free experience from start to finish.
